This is my submission for the Kong: Skull Island poster design contest through PosterSpy. I painted this entirely in photoshop using various techniques I have used over the years. I try to go for a photo-real look in my photoshop paintings, but I wanted to include the skull imagery, so I used the smoke that is enveloping Kong to achieve that

King Kong hated intruders, trespassing his valley, came here to destroy his place! He haven't knew about these peoples have he? A tribal friends of his who told Kong to destroy his valley from a deadly monsters Skull Crawlers. So why the helicopters carries a solders including scientific explorers to bombed down his jungle but they're not welcome here! They just came here to destroy this Skull Island, this is his home and he lives alone! Many giant apes been slaughtered and wiped by the Skull Crawlers and now Kong will punish to perish all the helicopters for breaking and entering!
